Managing Social Pressure: Freeing Yourself from Expectations and Living Your Own Life

Whether it is in our family, our circle of friends, or even at work, the expectations of others and society in general can sometimes weigh heavily on our shoulders and influence our choices and actions. It is essential to learn to manage this pressure in order to protect ourselves from external opinions and expectations, live freely and enjoy every moment without worrying about the judgement of others.
