It could have been just a passing fad, but the trend is solidifying: men have a penchant for watches with green dials! Again this year, numerous watchmaking houses are releasing their flagship models in multiple shades of sage, khaki, emerald…
So, if you want to add a bit of color to your wrist, here is our selection of the most beautiful watches of the moment with a green dial.

Corniche Heritage Chronograph
Corniche is a small watch brand born in Sweden that we love very much. It has the good taste to offer vintage-inspired models with more subtlety than most of its competitors.
This Heritage chronograph is the perfect embodiment of this: its design is inspired by the earliest chronographs, but its 39 mm case houses a very contemporary movement, as it is the Seiko VK64 hybrid meca-quartz. The contrast between the green of the dial and strap and the gold case offers a very successful visual effect, all at a very attractive price.

Orient Contemporary Open Heart
Here is yet another brand that we have spoken highly of on multiple occasions. Particularly because it is one of those that offers the best value for money, with automatic watches available between 100 and 500 euros.
This Contemporary model is no exception, this Open Heart version being distinguished by its open dial at 9 o’clock, which partly encompasses the small second hand placed at 6 o’clock. This semi-skeleton finish is very popular at Orient and the famous “green-gold” combination is still as effective.
On the mechanical side, as always, it’s an in-house movement that powers this Orient watch, specifically a F6S22 calibre with a 40-hour power reserve.

Yema Urban Field
What could be more logical than to see a field watch adorned in green? This type of watch, inspired by the military world, often adopts shades reminiscent of soldiers’ uniforms. Yema’s Urban Field is thus available in beige and green, and this last version is not short on elegance.
Its steel case (available in 37.5 or 40 mm) can be paired with a grained green leather strap, for a total look, but we prefer this version dressed with a very nice rice grain steel bracelet, each link of which is machine milled then hand polished.
The set could have been perfect with the new Yema manufacture caliber, but this time we must “settle” for a Swiss manual winding movement, the Sellita SW210-1b.

Vulcain Chronograph 1970’s
In recent months, Vulcain has not hesitated to add color to its dials. Turquoise blue for its limited editions designed with Ocarat, salmon pink to give in to the indispensable color of 2023, or even pistachio green with its very pretty Cricket.
In this year 2024, the brand chooses a more classic pine green for its iconic 1970’s Chronograph. This limited edition will evoke automobile racing to some (and the famous British Racing Green shade) and will assume a more cultural or fantastic dimension for others.
In any case, Vulcain is fully playing the retro card, with this watch equipped with a 38mm step-case and powered by a manual SW510 M BH movement with 63h of power reserve.

TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300 Date
In 2024, TAG Heuer’s Aquaracer trades its usual blue and black dials for more colorful versions: red and pink for the Aquaracer 200 and orange and green (among others) for this watch waterproof to 300 meters.
The striated dial matches the rotating dodecagonal bezel made of titanium and ceramic, while the sandblasted finish of the case and bracelet (also in titanium) gives a unique character to this model. TAG Heuer has successfully given a whole new look to its dive watch powered by its automatic Calibre 5. And since it’s full of details, we also love the vintage touch brought by the magnifying glass that highlights the date at 6 o’clock.

Oris ProPilot X Kermit Edition
Nearly a year after putting visitors of Watches & Wonders in awe, this Oris ProPilot has lost none of its charm! The Swiss brand brilliantly demonstrated that a “traditional” watch could also embrace whimsy, with the inclusion of Kermit the Frog in place of the number 1 date.
Beyond this coquettishness, the ProPilot X keeps its usual 39 mm titanium case, topped by a chiselled bezel. Under its double dome sapphire glass, the dial takes on the same neon green shade as the famous frog from the Muppet Show.
The transparent back allows for a more classic admiration of the 400 caliber that powers this Oris watch, providing a very comfortable power reserve of 120 hours, or 5 days!

Pequignet Royale Jade Green Sapphire
We conclude this selection of the most beautiful green watches of the moment with a little jewel from Pequignet.
The unique French high watchmaking manufacturer has indeed launched a collection named “Le Temps des Couleurs” to give a new face to its Royale Saphir watch. Inspired by the color palette of precious stones, the watch is available in Amber Yellow, Ruby Red, Topaz Blue, Lapis-lazuli Blue and thus Jade Green.
Only 50 copies of this colorful Royale Saphir will see the day, with a nuanced dial where a moon phase indicator, a power reserve, and day and date discs visible through the tinted sapphire coexist. The watch naturally owes its name to the Royal Calibre that powers it, visible on the back and providing 88 hours of power reserve. To complete the set, the polished steel case treated with technical DLC is dressed by a beautiful leather strap.

For those who have an unlimited budget or almost, the Streamliner Tourbillon by H. Moser & Cie (€129,000!) sports a beautiful green dial made of natural Wyoming jade, but you can also opt for a more affordable model such as the MooN Aventurine Schaumburg, which also has a green stone dial, in this case made of aventurine!
Finally, for even cheaper models, D1 Milano’s Ultra Thin or Citizen’s must-have Tsuyosa also dress up in green… for our greatest pleasure!
