Carefully transformed from a 1926 fire station, this 5-star hotel-spa offers a perfect combination of historical heritage and modernity. The hotel has 89 rooms, divided into 4 categories: Deluxe, Executive, Duplex, and Suites. All elegantly decorated, they offer high-end comfort and, for some, a spectacular view of the cathedral.
We had the chance to spend a night in a Skyline room, with a cathedral view, which you can admire either from your bathtub or from your private terrace.

The experience was enjoyable from arrival in the lobby to breakfast. The staff do everything to fulfill your desires and make you comfortable in this luxurious world. The geometrically styled room is comfortable, well soundproofed and well thought out. You will find everything you need for your hassle-free stay: concierge, room service, valet, dry cleaning service, etc.

Like any good 5-star hotel, La Caserne Chanzy is equipped with a spa. Associated with the French brand Spa Deep Nature, this 450 m2 space is dedicated to relaxation and well-being. Remember to book well in advance if you want a particular treatment.
Access to the spa is included for hotel residents, excluding treatments and massages, so don’t hesitate to take a tour. You just need to book a slot at the reception of the hotel or spa, put on your swimsuit, the bathrobe and slippers provided by the hotel, and then go down to the spa located after the reception. The facilities include a steam room, a sauna, a 27m2 jetted pool, and an innovative shower experience with waterfall and crushed ice, promising a total escape from daily stress.

La Grande Georgette is a culinary experience worth taking a detour for. Under the baton of Chef Julien Raphanel, the restaurant offers a limited menu of “Homemade” dishes, based on local and only seasonal products. French gastronomy is honored while offering a touch of whimsy, all in front of your eyes with a huge open kitchen, where you will see the brigade bustling throughout the evening.
Do not hesitate to choose the Georgette menu and let the chef guide you. This 4-course menu is a gastronomic adventure, offering dishes as delicious as they are aesthetically pleasing.
But before that, make a stop at the Champagne Bar located next to the lobby and enjoy your glass in the winter garden. A selection of winemakers and great Houses is offered to you throughout the day.

For its third season, the Chalet Val d’Isère of La Caserne Chanzy welcomes you in a mountainous, warm and intimate setting. Available from November 17, 2023 to March 3, 2024, this wooden chalet, nestled among the fir trees, offers a unique alpine atmosphere in the heart of Reims. After walking through a corridor of fir trees, you find yourself in front of a real wooden chalet.
Once the door is open, you are immersed in a cosy and warm atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a raclette or fondue with a group, accommodating 8 to 12 guests. A true winter escape for a lunch or dinner that’s out of the ordinary.
